"Wheat Dilemma" Means Prebiotics are needed in a Gluten-Free Diet

In the American diet, about 70-80% of our prebiotics come from wheat. So for those with Celiac disease, or others who follow a gluten-free diet, there is a strong concern with getting enough Prebiotics. Those following a gluten-free diet may wish to strongly consider a Prebiotic supplement.
